Our range of calculators help you best plan critical parts of owning a property like borrowing, taxes and loan repayments.

Borrowing Power Calculator

The Borrowing Power Calculator calculates a maximum potential loan amount available based on the income and expenses entered. The calculator also displays the type of repayment required, at the frequency requested, in respect of the loan parameters entered, namely amount, term and interest rate.

Budget Planner Calculator

The Budget Planner calculator helps you get a better understanding of your income and expenses. Each tab and accordion has a variety of inputs to act as a guide for your financial position. It will then calculate your surplus income (for you to choose how to spend or invest) or show how much more you are spending than earning. The Budget Planner calculator assumes the income amounts are all net of any tax liability.

Income Tax Calculator

The Income Tax calculator rates are obtained from the Australian Tax Office’s “Schedule 1 Pay as you go (PAYG) withhold – Statement for of formulas for calculating amounts to be withheld” where the user has claimed the tax-free threshold with or without leave loading and have provided their TFN. It incorporates the Medicare Levy.
